Palm Coast is paradise for
boaters, with tranquil lakes, an Intracoastal Waterway providing access
to the ocean and a network of salt and freshwater canals. Cruising these
shimmering waters is one of the area's most popular pastimes. Another
favorite pastime of local residents is fishing, wet your line at any number
of great salt or freshwater fishing spots. Remaining on a nautical theme,
Marineland can be found to the North of the county. Experience the excitement
of entertaining shows or discover the mysteries of an undersea world.
Marineland's new Nature Reserve also lets you get up-close and personal
to Florida's wildlife as they bask in their own natural surroundings.
You can also visit Marineland via the Intracoastal Waterway and dock at
its full service marina.

built stronghold that has stood guard over the estuary for over 250 years.
The Princess Place Reserve, aptly named after the bride of its one time
occupant, exiled Russian Prince Boris Sherbatow, can be found on one of
the area's most attractive sites. This wonderful structure is situated
among beautiful grounds and is also home to Florida's first in-ground
swimming pool. For day trips, most of Florida's major attractions are
all within a reasonable distance. From Mickey Mouse to outer space you
